Meet Aeishah!
Aeishah is the president of Brush Masters LLC a MBE certified company based in New Jersey. She’s running the show and showing ladies how to take charge in the construction world.
“We are a family business and I partner with my father. I grew up in construction with my father being the Construction Official in East Orange, NJ for 32 years.
I began by investing in flips and running expediting company and then later expanded to working for a large GC (general contractor) in NYC. I am now self employed as a Project Manager and Site Superintendent building multi unit residential/commercial buildings and I am honored to positively impact my community by leading in development and creating high quality housing.
I want to let all women know that you will succeed and you should never doubt your self. We were made to lead and have all the tools necessary to be great. Especially any single mothers out there. You are more than able😚💋”
