What made you interested into getting into your field?
I’ve always wanted to learn new things, be outside, and advance in my career. Becoming an outside phone technician provided that. That’s what got me into manufacturing tools for technicians.
What do you love about your field?
I’m my own boss, have a very good knowledge of the products we sell and the industries that use them.

What types of challenges have you faced as a women and how have you overcome them?
It’s always kind of been a mans world, but I’m a strong woman and I wasn’t going to let anyone tell me I couldn’t be out there doing what the guys were doing.
Is there any advice you would give to women entering the field?
Show up and be ready to learn. Ask a lot of questions strive, for knowledge and compete with yourself every day to be a better you
Is there anything else you’d like to share?
Thank you for the opportunity. I think we have come a long way and will continue as women to show everyone that we can, and we will!
