Meet Manon!
Manon is our first Women in Construction Week feature! She’s a CEO at a construction company/building materials dealer in the EU:
“I am one of the only, if not the only female, CEO of a construction company and building materials dealer in the EU. I feel most comfortable on the construction site; showing mean what a woman can do.”
When asked what advice she would give to a women starting out in construction:
“There’s a lot of advice that I’d love to give. But, the most important of all is always stay yourself. We (as women) don’t have to prove ourselves to our male colleagues”
