Rachel partners with her sister-in-law to run Troubleshoot Electric & HVAC LLC. Rachel manages the HVAC side while her sister-law manages the electrical side. Talk about a power team! This is her story:
“I have always been the hands on kind of girl. I started doing construction in 2008 with my family’s business. I was used to doing a lot of remodeling- floors, sheet rock, painting, framing etc. I love creating things from start to finish. I got into the HVAC business because my sister in law started an electrical company and we wanted to open an HVAC department. I went to school, got my license and have been doing hvac for four years now. I love it because every day is the same field but a different project. I get to be hands on and work with my family.”
